We are excited to have you present at the FER on Saturday, March 16th, 2024! To attend the event, you will need access to our WorkAdventure link, which will be sent to you upon registration using the form below.

Registration is due March 4th at 5 pm.

The schedule for the event is as follows:

9:00 am – 10:00 am	Students test their setup and screen-sharing
10:00 am – 10:30 am	Welcome and Introduction
10:30 am – 11:30 am	Round 1
11:30 am – 12:00 pm	Activity
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm	Round 2
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm	Lunch Break
2:00 pm – 3:30 pm	Final Round
3:30 pm – 4:00 pm	Awards Ceremony

All students will present a 5-minute PowerPoint twice: once in round 1 and once in round 2. A panel of judges will have 3 minutes to ask students questions. After the first two rounds, our top 6 projects will be invited to present to everyone in our final round. We encourage everyone to watch the final round and the awards ceremony. You must attend these final two events to be eligible for the various awards we will be giving out.
